The voices behind Dhārā.

Nag Sharma Rotte
Founder & Editor, Dhārā
Nag Sharma Rotte is the founder and editor of Dhārā, a publication devoted to Sanātana itihāsa, darśana, and the civilizational memory of Bhāratavarṣa. A lifelong student of Sanskrit, Vedānta, and Telugu literature, he writes from a conviction that the tradition is a living current — not an artifact to be studied at a distance, but an inheritance to be read, recited, and carried forward. His work includes verse-by-verse studies of the Kaṭhopaniṣad, Māṇḍūkya, Meghadūtam, and Aparokṣānubhūti, alongside long-form essays on Kashmir, the Hindu Śāhīs, and the wider arc of Bhārata's past. By profession he is a software engineering leader; by vocation, a steward of the unbroken current from which Dhārā takes its name.
